My inspiration for starting Kalologie came in 2002 when, after back-to-back pregnancies—and then two young sons—my skin started to look pretty stressed. Something had to be done! With not much time on my hands, I had become impatient in waiting rooms, overwhelmed at department store counters, and confused by countless product “advancements”. There was no one-stop shop where I could find truly effective skin care products and treatments, and an educated staff who could recommend a strategy that was best for me. And all at convenient hours. Thus, Kalologie Skincare was born.

Kalologie means “the study of beauty”. At Kalologie Skincare, we specialize in the study of beautiful skin. Dr. Hopp graduated from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. He completed his General Surgery training at the world-renowned Cedar-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. Most importantly, Dr. Hopp completed his residency/fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Boston University and The Lahey Clinic.

Dr. Hopp is an attending surgeon at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. As a member of both American and International Plastic Surgery and Laser Societies, Dr. Hopp has been an invited guest lecturer in seven countries. A passion to help fulfill people’s dreams in achieving their desired appearance and well-being has positioned Dr. Hopp as an expert in his field among patients and peers in the cosmetic plastic surgery community.
