VH1 along with Robertson Boulevard locations Kalologie Skincare, Lisa Kline, Tory Burch, Horn, and Bird will host the first annual “VH1 ‘Big’ Shopping Night” and party to benefit the VH1 Save The Music Foundation. Proceeds from the evening’s sales from each store will go towards restoring music education programs throughout Los Angeles public schools.
The event will be hosted by Tori Spelling, Elisabeth Shue, Liz Phair, Juliette Lewis, Leela James, Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon, Julie Anne Quay (V Magazine) Donna Summer and Lara Shriftman.
DJ Tony Okungbowa from the “ The Ellen DeGeneres Show” will be spinning the tracks throughout the night.
The VH1 Save the Music Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of education in America’s public schools, restores music programs in cities across the U.S., and raises public awareness about the importance of music participation for our nation’s youth. Since The Foundation’s inception in 1997, nearly $30 million worth of new musical instruments has been donated
to 1,200 public schools in 80 cities, improving the lives of more than 500,000 children.
