Shipping & Returns
Kalologie uses Federal Express as our shipping carrier. A confirmation e-mail is sent after product shipment which includes a FedEx tracking number. Federal Express does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
We are unable to ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. In addition, Federal Express does not deliver packages to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes or APO addresses are automatically canceled.
FedEx Ground Shipments
Products are shipped via FedEx Ground within the continental United States. Shipping is free for all orders over $100.00. Orders under $100.00 are charged $5.95. Orders customarily ship within one to three business days from order placement. Most FedEx Ground packages will be delivered within five business days of shipment.
FedEx Express Saver
All orders over $300 are eligible for a complimentary upgrade to FedEx Express Saver shipping. Orders received by 12:00 pm (noon) PDT, Monday through Friday are typically shipped the same day (excluding holidays). Orders received after 12:00 pm on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday. Delivery time is two to three business days (does not include actual ship day), delivered Monday through Friday.
FedEx 2-Day Air
FedEx 2-Day Air shipping is $15.95. Orders over $600 are eligible for a complimentary upgrade to FedEx 2-Day Air. Orders received by 12:00 pm (noon) PDT, Monday through Friday are typically shipped the same day (excluding holidays). Orders received after 12:00 pm on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday. Delivery time is two business days (does not include actual ship day), delivered Monday through Friday.
Address Correction Charge
Packages with incorrect shipping addresses (e.g. incorrect house number, incorrect zip code, missing apartment number) may be assessed a $10.00 address correction charge. Incorrect addresses may also result in delayed delivery. Please double check shipping addresses for accuracy. The address correction charge is assessed by Federal Express and will be billed to the credit card used to place the order. If a charge in assessed in error, please contact us so that we may dispute the charge with Federal Express.
International Shipping
At this time, Kalologie is unable to ship orders outside the United States.
Order Status
You may check the status of your order by using the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation e-mail. If you have questions about your order, please call us at 818-435-4499and a customer service representative will gladly assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
Kalologie Skincare strives for complete customer satisfaction with every order, so we offer a 30-Day Return Policy. Please e-mail us at return@kalologie.com or call 818-435-4499 to submit a request for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). E-mails should include purchaser’s name, product purchase date, product information, order number, and the reason for the return. Items must be returned in original unopened packaging and sellable condition. Products cannot be accepted that have been opened or used. Refunds will be applied to the credit card submitted for purchase, minus actual shipping charges (i.e., orders that receive discounted or free shipping are charged actual shipping costs when returned). Returns will not be accepted without a RAN.
Damaged Product
Please open all packages and inspect contents upon delivery. If contents are damaged, a claim must be filed with Federal Express within five days of package receipt. Preserve ALL packaging materials (including the FedEx box), and call Federal Express at 800-462-3339. Prompt to speak with a Federal Express representative and provide all requested information, and obtain a control number for your records. If Federal Express requests that Kalologie.com file the claim, you must still provide all pertinent information to Federal Express so that a control number can be issued. Please provide this information to Federal Express and obtain a control number so that we may help process your claim.
